Rockwell Land Corp., expects to generate P9.9 billion from two new projects set to be launched this year.
Company officials also said first half performance could exceed its 2020 full year profit of P1.08 billion as business recovers.
“We have seen Rockwell’s ability to endure with the support and dedication of our stakeholders. With our constant pursuit to build the very best, we are now very excited to move onwards and upwards as we continue on the legacy that we started in Rockwell Center, Makati, with new flagship projects,” said Manuel Lopez, Rockwell chairman.
Set for launch this July is the P8.5- billion Rockwell Center Nepo in Angeles City, a 3.6-hectare joint venture with the Nepomuceno family. The community will feature four mid-rise residential buildings and its very own Power Plant Mall.
To be unveiled this month is Rockwell Center Nepo’s first tower, The Manansala.
Rockwell expects to generate P1.4 billion in sales with the expansion of its Rockwell Center Bacolod.
“Twice the size of the first Rockwell Center in Makati, it will be a 30-hectare master-planned development with the vision of becoming the Bacolodnons’ top choice for a holistic community with commercial centers, residential spaces and lifestyle and leisure areas,” the company said.
Rockwell is selling lots in the development that is set for launch by the end of the year.
