Last August, Aruga Apartments received its accreditation from the Department of Tourism to operate as a Multiple-Use Hotel. Under the multiple-use status, Aruga Apartments can now open its doors to travellers with quarantine requirements in addition to its current pool of corporate clients and leisure guests.

The multiple-use certification is an initiative of the Department of Tourism to grant qualified accommodation establishments the permission to accept both quarantine and non-quarantine stays. The approval comes after a thorough inspection by DOT and the Bureau of Quarantine to ensure compliance with the required physical separation between the two guest categories. This is to ascertain that the standards for health and safety are met.

The certification is proof of Aruga Apartments’ consistent efforts to provide a safe space for all guests to feel right at home. They now offer an all-inclusive quarantine package with curated conveniences of full board meals which may flexibly be converted to dining credits for accredited partner restaurants within Rockwell Center, well thought out living spaces that come with fully-equipped kitchens for all rooms, complete amenity set-up for daily essentials, a Netflix-ready Smart TV for entertainment, high-speed Wi-Fi access, and buying assistance services for any other necessities throughout their stay. Guests can also avail of room types with balconies and city views as well as exercise equipment rentals to be set up in-room for wellness options.

As the comfort and protection of all guests remain to be Aruga Apartments’ topmost priority, stringent protocols are being implemented by the property. Designated common areas and guest floors will be allocated for the sole access of guests with quarantine-related bookings.
