Rockwell Center is all about setting the bar for urban living. Leading the field in modern high-rise condominium living, it is a city within a city. The whole project is an insightful response to the needs of the market. Where the problem is traffic, access is the answer. Where the problem is distance, everything is a stone’s throw away. There is no compromise between luxury and affordability. At the Rockwell Center, everything is managed.
The Rockwell Story
Each high-rise development at the posh Rockwell Center is a testament of Rockwell’s penchant for introducing ingenious design concepts and iconic residential structures to the market. Every tower bears a unique yet architectural style coming together as one cohesive community. It first began with the idea of the Power Plant. And around it, a community was build amidst residences unlike any other in the country today.
The West Block
Located at the Center’s west are four residential towers that sit on a large, exclusive garden comprising 2.8 hectares of land. Rizal Tower and Luna Gardens boast of three-bedroom apartments. Rizal Tower stands above the rest at 46 storeys high with its elegant lobby spilling into its own private park. Luna Garden stands 39 storeys high built with a unique pinwheel design with expansive sheets of glass reflecting light around it. Hidalgo Place is a 24-storey tower surrounded by greens and is closest to the Ateneo Professional Schools, while the Amorsolo Towers nest between The Rockwell Club, a 3,500 square meter family leisure and fitness club with amenities including food and beverage outlets that complement a large swimming pool, spa, squash courts, aerobic and fitness gym with only the state-of-the-art technologies. Membership is by invitation and therefore exclusive to invited nominees.
Where The Sun Rises
At the east side of Rockwell Center rises The Manansala, Joya Towers & Lofts, and Number One Rockwell. The Manansala’s towers are anchored by a gracious, Asian-themed lobby. The North tower stands 38-storeys high while the South tower is a 41-storey building. The tower has its own gym & fitness center located by the ground floor, swimming & wading pool located by a tropical setting at the 7th floor amenity deck, and a Sky Lounge at the 41st floor that offers a breathtaking view of the city.
Joya consists of two yin-yang shaped high-rise residential towers that boast of an ultra-modern image with the conception of the lofts – bi-level units that rise to 19-feet ceiling heights. Joya’s innovation to feature condominium lofts in the country takes its inspiration from Santana Row, Califronia. It’s resident’s lounge and 2-storey gym are located between the tower’s 44th & 46th floors.
Breathtaking, refreshing, exciting. Number One Rockwell stands out because of its distinct, Z-shaped units, another first from Rockwell. Z-shaped units give our unit owners the best aerial backyards as they dwell in a place they call home – waking to a glorious sunrise by the Antipolo Hills and unwinding to the sunset descending by the Makati Skyline and Laguna de Bay.
